Are you just using hot glue to hold it all on?

Hot glue, a few zip ties and 3m double sided tape

Turned all the way up

i like it. but im confused.. i thought stock bulbs are soldered onto the board? are you just snipping them off? or do they come out?

You can leave them in but I ended up taking mine out because I needed to run the blue ones off the circuit.

I just broke them off by gently pulling

Can you add a resistor to make them darker? They still look pretty light turned down. Driving out in the sticks at light I like to turn my dash lights way down.

I got all my interior plastics sanded down today. Now I just have to do adhesion promoter, prime and sand with 400 wet then paint them.

Also worked on thr excavator today.

Got a 30 DC series on the excavator. And mounted 2 42w floods on the boom. Wired it into the factory switches. Its REAL bright.

2 more excavators and a bobcat to do

They are Totron brand, I'm getting them from OCgizmo.com... their email is [email protected] shoot them an email and they will get right back to you with a better price than what they have on ebay. Good customer service too

I use those LED strips for everything! Best bang for your buck! Under dash footwell lighting, under bed railing lighting, and even did my whole deck with them. Didn't think about using them for the cluster that's a great idea! Keep up the good work truck is looking awesome!

Here's my deck:

Nice!

The LED's in the cluster wasn't my idea but it works very well.

My Mom stopped out to the shop and saw my 42 color RGB LEDS around my toolbox and now wants me to light up the deck and railing at the cabin with them.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't.

I swore that truck had a 2005 LLY in it. If that was for sale when I was first looking I would have bought it for the asking price on there.

Really nice looking

The rebuilt title is probably to get it registered as a half ton diesel. It's technically not legal to put that engine in a low GVWR half ton truck, but I believe with a rebuilt title you can. I'm not 100% sure on that, but it's something that Eric at Duraburb suggested looking into when I was thinking I was going to have trouble registering my 1500 swap truck.
