Nope.
Got a small hole in a rear one from a rock but that's it.
I'm going to eventually get them rock guarded.

It's running. 3 cycles of the key and it fired right up. No smoke. Almost normal blowby, balance rates after 20 min were acceptable and hopefully will get better.
After a little more tidying up of some wires and fender liners, exhaust, and fluid top up's we will see if it will move under its own power without going into limp mode and see if it drives.

I will need to figure out how to fool the computer into thinking it still has a coolant level sensor so I don't have to clear the message every time I start though. That is going to get annoying.

Then a bit of tuning to get it to run and tow good and try to remember how to use efi again.

Big thanks to Brad and Tracy at G&J Diesel and Dallas at A-Team Automotive for all their patience and help. I just hope this thing holds together. Looked at the odometer today for the first time in 4 years and 20 days-hasn't even broke 200 000 km yet!!

Ya I thought that might do it. Just wasn't sure if it wasn't just jumpable or needed a certain resistance.

Got a few hundred km on it today. No leaks, minimal blowby- PCV hose is still dry and just a little residue in the exhaust that went away after the first 100km. Got one injector balancing at +4 and the rest are +/- 2 or less. Not sure if it's an issue to worry about or not yet. Hopefully it balances out.

Happy with it so far. A bit more snappy compared to my last setup. Happy with the AF cam and rest of the setup. Shoutout to Danville - they make some great turbo's.

Going to dump the oil and filter tomorrow, switch to synthetic and pin on to my trailer and see how it tugs 7500#'s around.

Oh and ATS converters suck. I have a stock lml in it now and it shifts and feels way better. Don't run purple parts.

Put 250 miles on it mix of towing 7000lb, hwy driving and city. PCV is still clean as is the tail pipe so I think the rings are mostly seated.

Dumped out the 15w-40 with zinc in it and refilled with 5w-30 synthetic today, tied up a bunch of loose wires and swore the new p/s inner fender into place.

Only things left is to replace my height control valve as it's leaking out the exhaust and tuning. Stock tune with 45 overs gets hot real quick when towing so I need to work on that asap as tomorrow I start out on a 1400mile trek towing my 7500lb trailer.
Gonna definitely be hitting up some of you for help with this - I haven't touched efilive in 5 years!!!
