Are these injectors a % larger than stock? If so, how much more?
Dumb question of the day: Isnt 3400us considered to be pushing the limit of safety in Dmaxs?
If i remember right Volkers 10 hole injectors equate to 30% over but could be wrong ?

Thanks guys. So you wouldnt HAVE to run 3400us to see a benefit of these?
I understand that larger injectors could allow you to run less pulsewidth comparably, which should help a person run the same power but with less stress on the engine?
Less PWM gives you a higher cylinder pressure ... burns more fuel in shorter time ... cracked piston???
I agree depending on tuning but high EGT's run up cylinder pressure also , i lowered peak egt's 100 deg when i went with bigger injectors . Not shure what the lesser evil is ?

Mike. I'm not even going there ...
I'm man enough not argue with you over this forum, other forum, PM, e-mail, phone, sms, mms or whatever.
Suck it up ... :baby: ... and get over it!!!
Mikey and Mickey. How cute.
we dropped 150 degree from changing stock to 129% with same fuel added (corrected fuel map) and same timing. just thought the shorter pwm signal and some better atomization, mine 29% over has the same diameter as stock ... which means same atomization ...
Back to my tests, sure they don't hold water after 715hp these 29%'s required huge timing meaning very slow. Oh and Idle 45mpa minimum and the noise( [insert]smiley for ears hurting ), does the fastest Duramax idle at say 650rpm or? 3100us with stockers net'd us 750hp, so we should be able to get 750hp. With 2900us and your 29% take a guess. Oh and the 3100us was with a stock engine. The 2900us is with a " built " engine.
Wait a minute, it's our controller.
To hold up water ... in here are the same injectors you had ... 4200 rpm and sounds great ... 342 mph ...

Sorry, I don't speak :baby:. Get your book out ( and Binky out of your mouth ) and review the question and statements.
Here you go again, avoiding the truth..... At 29%, what is the Torque requirements of the " FASTEST DURAMAX "?
Read my post from before ...
And you wanna know everything, don't you!!! Work yourself there!!!
Going in circles Volker.
I'm working myself and Mick and Jon and Guy and Pat and everyone else that fails and admits mistake. Thanks to these folks, and many more, I sleep well at night.
Ask me a question and I answer it. PERIOD.

It takes me wounder what kind a test you do ... when you don't understand the fuel map, fuel lines, injection rate curve, relation of opening and closing of bigger nozzles, how the high pressure fuel side works also the dual CP3, how the suction throttle works ... etc ... yes I can call the errors to the tuner ...
Also I send you two tunes which I just base tuned the Mormon Missile and you didn't get it? I have 10 customers they running since 14 month as a daily driver ... and had none help from me ...
AGAIN ... SUCK IT UP!!!
also do some research ...
