Thank you. I have spent a lot of time making it look the way i want. Anything I wasn't sure about I just replaced. Like all the hardware for the rear springs. When I changed the springs I could've used the old bolts, u bolts etc. I just bought new. It's really the fine details that set it off.

Believe it or not I'm almost positive they are the factory shocks. None of them are blown yet but I been looking at some blisteins. It's up in the air right now.

Not blown but you would be amazed to see the difference new shocks make. I had originals on mine as well at 120k and upgraded and I was blown away at the difference. When you hear people say shocks only last 60k... Well for the most part yeah it's true for average shocks.

Totally agree with that Sean. Hey what shocks did you end up with? I wanna say we talked about it once about rancho 9000 but they weren't the normal one for our truck, something to do with the right mounting options but shorter. Got any insight?

I can tell you I've got 5100s for stock - leveled and they are nice for that but with 2" shackles it's a little stiff

Those were what I was looking at. So I should probably look for a little shorter shock.

Shock extenders for the rear, when lowering 2" that puts the shock in the not so optimal position of the shock travel for a smooth ride, Kennedy diesel wrote about this on his site or DieselPlace. Come to think of it I bought a set off craigslist for $30.00 last year and have yet to install them after installing my shackles.

I know they are overdue. May end up getting all new within the next few weeks. What brand are you running Sean?

Have never ran kybs on anything. I know people that run blisteins. I have used rancho before but they seemed a little harsh. I take that back I think my stabilizer is kyb.

Well with all of the pics in this thread, I made the drop on my truck. I love the look, kinda want to take out the over load springs in the rear but I don't know if I want to go that far with it and I still do tow a 22 foot enclosed trailer.

I need some new shocks also. No bolts in the front and the back is 2-3" lowered. Are there shorter shocks that crossover?

In my mind having the shock in the not so optimal position makes a difference.

Question for you guys with lowering keys.. How can you go any lower than the factory keys with the T bolts all the way out? I set my truck up with the bolts 3/4 of a turn in and it rode like garbage... it was resting on the LCA bump stops. Now the bolts are 4 or 5 turns in and its just barely resting on the bump stops. I would like to remove the bolts again because it launches so much smoother and doesn't bounce around under higher boost launches... but the ride quality is horrible. How do you make it ride smooth and low?

Lots of options. Coilovers, drop spindles, or control arms. If you want to come down more than drop keys can going you've got to switch out some parts.

I understand what your saying, but from the sound of it guys are running lowering keys with stock spindles and control arms. So either they are just dealing with poor ride quality or they have some other tricks that i don't know about. Because i know if i went lower than stock keys with the bolts out there wouldn't be any suspension left... :thumb:
