Bad news - every o-ring ripped on removal so I can't get running tonite.

***** Tech note for anyone replacing injectors, just spend the money and get the o-rings and coppers, you are gonna need them anyhow:mad:. *****

I hate to say it but I told you so...

Do you think I will be ok running the tune I have in (modified McRat Wendy tune(I am running same timing but about a 3200us shot))?

You would have way too much fuel and more than likely too much vane position. Put it this way when I went from my stock injectors to the used 90hp dynomite injectors (supposed to be around 40% over) I went from running around a 3200 shot to a 1960 shot. Timing should be tuned based on PW and pressure - as PW is decreased timing needs to be decreased along with it.

Well, it's on! WOW, talk about a jet engine sound on spool up then that raw V-8 engine sound after that.:Charger:

I am running a tune with 2200us shot on top end and I think it is still a little much. Here goes the I told u so othrgrl :D

Was only able to get about 36 psi on the gauge, exhast temp seem in check so far especially for as much as I was smokin. I will be working on refining the tune more. I may try the mcrat race vane tables and go from there.

Any suggestions will be appreciated:happy2:

I am VERY satisfied so far!

I am glad to hear it... So how fast does it spool? I mean of course it will be faster once you get her dialed in.

glad you got it finished :) you need to get a D/P gauge its the only way to tune a vvt , it would suck to be overspeeding it and not know , but EGT's should increase if DP does . good luck look forward to some dyno #'s or better yet track times . congrats !

Went for a quick spin in it tonight. Very nice! Can't wait to see what it does when Kevin gets everything dialed in. Saw some good boost numbers. I need to find some $$ somewhere.:D Anybody wanna adopt? My mom isn't that attached to me.

i wont be pulling in that class. for know i can but i have a upgrade coming soon :).

You mean, a "beta" upgrade. It is a good thing Brayden offers a refresh on his turbos kinda like ATS does on their transmissions. :D

You have to be able to beat a stock turbo LBZ before you get to the power levels that require a refresh. :happy2:
