v-band clamp/flange, pipe bend for wastegate, and an elbow for stock turbo mouthpiece. Haven't even sent the nozzles out yet either......

Were you able to locate a v-band flange to match the stock turbo inlet? I was having a tough time finding one so I ended up making it.
PPE has one that matches the LBZ style mouthpiece. I think thats where the Vband from mikes truck came from

No, I am going to have a buddy with a CNC lathe spit one out when the elbow comes in. I'm going to cut one side off and tig the v-band flange to it.
Nice. I'm making a new one on my lathe and cutting a grove on the mating surface for an o-ring to make sure it seals.
I'm hoping that I can make it narrow enough to fit. You know how close the compressor housing is to the piece with the o-rings that slides into the y-bridge. IIRC it's around 4.25" clearence and I'm shooting for a total width of 4" or less, although I'd settle for just being able to squeeze everything in

Its tight no doubt, but that just makes it look all the better when it fits
just pulled the nozzle's off of my spare injectors and I'm getting ready to send them out to Jim Bower at extrude hone for a little work :cool2:
Ask him how and at what pressures and fuel flow they balance. Id give Guy at SoCalDiesel a call for another option if I were you.
Ya, flowtested with a 2850 uS fuel shot at 160mpa, not 150 psi or whatever ExtrudeHone does. It makes a different, trust me.
