FYI, book time on a turbo is 14.3 hours.

yup but im not seeing how its costing 200 an hour or that it requires double the time even with the addition of the twin kit, change of oil supply added in, taking out the y-bridge or working with some factory parts. labor rates are not that much out here.

I like copperhead I took my truck there a year or 2 ago.

By the way the Danville turbo is loud for me lol. Anyone have any recommendations for a muffler to quiet this thing down ? Or adding a cat and muffler lol

Ya I think I’m gunna go with the fte resonator. And if it’s still loud maybe add a small
Muffler. This turbo will attract wayyy to much attention

So you plan on using a longer boot or a better clamp. Because I don’t want that happening again lol. Especially with my gf in the truck. Resonator will be here Monday

I put it back on and tightened the clamps up a little tighter. My CTS shows I’ve made 64PSI since and all had well.

Give the inside of your boots a good coating of hairspray before you slip them on. Makes “sliding it in” so much easier, and gums up and hold it right there once it dries.
