Yep. Didn’t take a thing off. Couldn’t sell the old brakes so I tested different calibers in the rotors to see what would penetrate and it turns out a .44 Mag, 5.56, 7.62x39 and .308 all penetrate.

Nice!! That will fix it!

Word of advice. Make sure your hitch in the receiver does not interfere with the tailgate when you drop the second part of it for a step. I’ve heard a few guys with 1500’s screwed up their tailgates already

Thanks good tip didn’t think of that. I’ll check and see tomorrow. Loving this 10 speed and L5P combo already.

Dealer says they will have to sell my 2016 at auction and not off their lot because of the “modifications” done to it meaning because it’s deleted. Anyone know how to see what it goes for at auction?

Looks like the EAO11 is the AmsOil filter of choice for this truck.

Ordered up the GMC mats for the truck, having the dealer tint the front windows and ordered an Undercover ArmorFlex tonneau cover as well. That’s all the plans I have currently but should be pretty clean and functional just like that.

So the old truck is for sale at Sullivan motor company in Mesa AZ if anyone cares

Also, my first three complaints about my new truck are as follows.

1. The horn sounds like a toy and vibrates the fender when you use it.

2. The intellilink system will have my phone connected, show it’s connected, and when I go to use hands free to make a call it says no phone connected in which case I have to forget the phone and reconnect it.

3. The backup camera has guidelines sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. Depends on the day I guess. Seems random but may be a setting somewhere.
