I have a hard time believing the stock converter, or C3 clutch pack will handle 650 horsepower for very long...

So if someone had their lml running 600+ with just this tcm pressure tune, would the trans fail and get the usual rebuild like a stocker would, or will there be more collateral damage now and it'll take more $$ to rebuild?

ok, so if it isn't going to grenade instead of slip, then why the hell not, lol. It's a bandaid but so what :thumb: I had visions of destroyed hubs and converters and bigger rebuild bills, but if not then it sounds like fun for a little while until you can afford a trans... Soon! LOL

We have done over 300 trans tunes now and still no issues. Some folks that had converter shudder do not have it anymore, we made some power with one recently on our dyno with 10+ pulls at 688hp on 35s as well... I also did some tests running it through the gears on the dyno... Had no issues. I told him to expect a build in the future, but it is very nice to install a trans tune and have potentially increased trans life

Any benefit for under 10K lbs towing on a tow tune? Worried it will raise temp too much. Do have a 125hp tune as well but too scared to beat on it...lol.

I doubt you'll have a temp issue. I haven't seen any temp problems on the LMLs.

Exactly, you won't have temp issues. 15-30* increase have been the common reports we hear back.

Havent had any issues, but if anyone does have a problem with it they can run the "street" version... Stock line at idle/cruise.

I just like disabling the solenoid all together.... Hasnt had adverse effects.
