Holy crap! That's wild and way out of my price range. The work is excellent and I can't wait to see it all finished. Is this going to your boat or are you building this boat for a customer?

I'm scared to put a pencil to it, I just do what I can when I can.
I do know a new 40 something Nor Tech with diesels isn't build any better fundamentally ( it does have a better finish inside )but costs over 400 if you could even get this engine/drive. I'll probably wind up around 150-170 when it hits the water, which will still be one of the least expense tournament boats around these parts.
That actually isnt that bad considering the work and the overall package. The boat will run much faster with the I/O's vs some v drives or straight inboards.
Billet injector clamps/arp head studs.
Any body know if GM Bosch computer can be tuned to fire more than once per cycle??

On a bone stock LBZ I have seen up to 3 injection events(BULLYDOG triple dog, it enabled post injection to make it smoke more), but theres tables to go up to 5. The LMM can and does up to 5 if in regen. I only run 2 max when I set them up. I just don't see a reason to tax the injectors anymore than that. I've yet to have somebody complain of engine noise doing it.
When you say you have the LBZ engine harness, does that mean just the harness for the engine, or do you have the one that hooks to the bale connectors and goes over to the fuse box? All you need is the engine harness, and then the one that hooks to the bale conenctors and plugs into the ECM and fuse panel. I know I have the 06 manual trans file somewhere if you need it to flash in, or I'm sure many others also have it. I believe you will need to put some sort of speed sensor on the drive or something to provide the ECM a speed input. I believe I seen where somebody said before they had problems on the dyno because they didn't provide a speed sensor input to the ECM.
