I see I started a contaversy (sp?). I'm the one from Duramax Forums who started this whole thing with the LML pistons. Be interesting to see what comes of this.

if all these prices stay this way this just might truly make the duramax the ture LSX of the diesel world.
I have a complete set of LML pistons and rods. Not much different then LBZ. I don't think the pistons will clear a LLY/ LB7 crank. Nor do I think they are a good cheap built motor alternative. A powered medal rods is a powdered medal rod folks.
If someone really wants them I will sell them,
I was told by a reliable source that the LML engine took a step backwards.

On edit: didn't the 7.3 powerstroke have powdered metal rods? If so they probably will break at 450-500 HP
