There has to be a mistake somewhere. Even if they were in fact pieces of crap and worth only $32 GM would sell them for much more. I bet someone screwed up the pricing and it will be corrected soon. Allot of parts are priced according to what they think the customer will pay, not what they have in it. This may be a good investment for someone with a little cash laying around. Buy some now before they realize the mistake and sell them later for much much more.

If they're only $32 a shot. I'll order a couple sets. Subscribed to see what shows up in the mail for you guys. Maybe it's a picture of an LML piston. Price would be spot on. :D:rofl:

I dont know where or how GM is making their parts these days but the prices have fallen thru the floor power train wide.... i've seen complete piston, ring and rod assemblies for like $80, and on that note the quality is not going in the right direction as of late! Many many gas engine problems these days with simple things like heat treating and hard facing, I know these are new processes to the manufacturing of engines :roflmao: but I would think they would have those things under control in the year 2011! Sorry a little off topic.....i'm out.

Can't wait to see what you guys get in the mail. I'm wondering if they are $32 if they would be a viable option in a built motor... I guess time will tell when guys start tuning LML's

I guess after looking at the rods I'm still wondering if they are stronger than the lbz/lmm rod even though they arent as big???

from the couple pics ive seen, the LML rods looked a little thicker than the LBZ/LMM rods in the beam section? Kinda like how the LBZ/LMM rods are thicker in the beam section than the LB7/LLY..

I see I started a contaversy (sp?). I'm the one from Duramax Forums who started this whole thing with the LML pistons. Be interesting to see what comes of this.
