Lift pump psi?

My truck is finally running great! Only issue i have now if its even an issue is my lift pump psi! on big tunes such as 150hp and up it drops to zero at WOT. Any suggestions? I have it set at 10psi right now so im not sure why it isnt keeping up? Rail pressure does hold up though

What lift pump? Sounds like it's doing it's job if your holding rail pressure. I believe what you need is more flow to hold a higher pressure at WOT.

Turn it up more. The worst it will do is lope at idle. If it lopes, turn it down til it quits

idling im at 10-11 psi im gonna turn it up until injectors get loud then back off a hair, also going to change filter

Think you will be fine at that point. Psi will drop at WOT no matter what. It sounds like your lift pump is doing what it was designed to do.

its in my sig airdog II 165

I have my FASS 260 set at 18 psi with dual fuelers and 100 over injectors, doesn't drop much at WOT maybe down to 15 or so.

My airdog 200 drops from 20psi at idle to 10psi WOT with 2xcp3s and 60% overs.

update!

Ok i bumped my psi up to like 14psi and on my max effort Wot it drops to just under 5psi ,FYI i havent changed the filters since i added ad II wich was about 5,000 miles ago. So im goin to change it this week and see if that makes a difference! SHould i change the water seperator also?

As long as its not pulling a vacuum your good. So over 5 is fine, you won't gain anything from turning it up. Mine pulls to 6 idling at 13 +-
