OT but what is wrong with the 150PSI pumps that come with the snow and striker kits?

Weight saving is not needed on this truck for some reason. With all the weights(900 lbs) plus a 200 lb weight rack along with a 100 lb hitch the truck weighed 7800 lbs or so IIRC(who knows if the scale is right). We will do weight transfer mods I am sure, no diet here though :D

LOL when you need to make weight I will drive for you:spit:
I think I saved the link to the pump greg is using somewere in my Favorites lol but that has around 1,900 links.

Higher the psi the finer the mist. I could be wrong so someone correct me please.

Yeah find that link for me please and about the weight, as long as I don't have to buy you 2 plane tickets because you are that fat then you can come out this way and be the pilot.

A 150 PSI over 60PSI boost is only a difference of 90 PSI. That is the actual injection pressure. It will not atomize well. The higher psi will atomize much better. Also if you an adjustable regulator you can use the pressure to fine tune the amount of water.

Rob(Rhall) reminded me that my truck needed another coat of paint on the frame, so I did it. What do you think?

Bobcat Charcoal paint, one step enamel fill and spray. Got it from work and only costs around $11.00 qt. Truck will be running next weekend! :thumb:

Funny you mention that. I planned on paiting the rear half one more time once the hitch was built. :thumb: but don't tell AJ because he doesn't know that yet. :coolspot:

You might be able to take the Air conditioner compressor and have it push the water for you. IIRC they will put out 250+ psi stock. If you had a good donor you may even be able to get a CP3 to push the water. Oiling may be an issue, but you may be able to get over some of that on the a/c compressor by plugging a couple of small holes and using grease.

Rumor has it that if the weather holds out "swampthing" will be making it's debut pull in Fairfield, Ia this weekend. It has been a long 2 years but it is finally together and ready to pull! :D

got any pics of that pig with it's new "paint job"? congrats on finally getting the truck back together :thumb:

Only the frame got the new paint job. The body needs it in a small way but it isn't my top priority at this point. I should have more pictures to come once I go back out there for the pull.
