You're launching it really soft which is part of the reason your times are so slow, but even still, your MPH is about 5-10 lower than what it should be. 8100 Power trapped almost 80 with this tune, and he doesn't have a lift pump or a built trans. How heavy is your truck? Something doesn't seem right.

I weighed it for a truck pull weeks ago and it was 7070lbs. Fastest time was .54 r/t, 2.5 60', 9.7 @ 73.62

That 2.5 60 is the killer.

I came from a best of a 8.9 with a 2.3 (??) 60ft and dropped to a 8.5 best with a 1.8 or 1.7 60ft.

4x4 launch @ around 2000 RPMS.

We can use mine to tune it. We'll just have to work something out on the license. We'll have to get to the track before October so you have it running good in front of all the other diesels at the NADM/ODRA race. I'm gonna need to get my truck tuned up and see what it will do anyway.

I could probably get the cable that set the tune to my spare.

Awesome! Glad to hear you had a little better success with it on the sled pulling track than you did at the race track.

Yea, I had to feather it almost halfway to keep the tires under it.

I was running a different tune Friday night, but I experienced the same thing. I had traction issues all the way down the track, a constant chirp as in the tires was still looking for traction..:D

Have you been to the track yet Chris to see if you could get anymore out of it?

I'm going this Friday night, weather permitting, as Friday night is was raining. :(

This the script of 3624 stock or Josh's tune? I didn't know if there was one for an o6 LLY and a different one for an LBZ both 3624. I found the LLY one but didn't know if it mattered.

If it is a script LLY, LBZ , and mostly OS #'s don't matter That's why we have scripts.

Kinda' said 100hp over stock is probably alright on trans. Still have to know it's history and just use it with only enough aggression to hold up. Some do more and luck out but it will limp someday and then it's softer and limps easier because you will hammer it once you know how that truck can get it. It's like a habit more and more seems like. Oh well...
