How much boost have you been running? Just wondering if it's from that, cylinder pressure, or just the stock head gaskets/bolts just giving up? Either way that sucks but now you can get some studs.

Getting up there on miles but I wouldn't think those boost numbers would have hurt it by themselves. Just wondering about cylinder pressure created by the boost and tune your running with the other mods listed in your sig but no way of knowing unless it was monitored before. Either way no looking back now. Hope you get it fixed and back up and running sooner than later.

Your coolant bottle isnt a toilet kevin... :D

Seriously how long ago did we put that turbo on? 4 months maybe? Are you running your race tune everyday?

Yes I am

I wonder how long it has been going on I might have blown it the last time I raced it. I know it hardly smoked once I put the S&B on now it smokes when I even stare at the throttle

i am starting to wonder if drive pressure blow's more HG than boost ( not really even shure if it affects cylinder pressure:confused: )? and not shure on cyinder pressure variables . i am still trying to answer why i have not popped a gasket yet @ 55 psi , and others have on much less  , better not curse my own luck .

sorry to hear about your failure kevin :(

Were you running a 50/50 mix of water meth? i am curious if the added stress of meth with higher boost did you in.

i ran W/M for a year @ 42 psi boost no issues , but remember this was on a gated charger , this is what has me suspiscious of drive pressure causing issue's . from the info i have gotten from guys running the 4094's is egt's are high while WOT ! obviously a 68mm turbo is pushing plenty of air for a single cp3 so the only thing left to run up egt's is drive pressure . has anyone measured a truck ?

it was usually standard -20 washer fluid which is about 35% meth.

I wish I had more money right now I would go for twins. I am not even sure if I should put the 4094 back on.

I will probably have my buddy build a set of uppipes when the motor is out
