Pat....how hard would it be to convert a persons everyday truck from a LiLLY to LBZ..You think it would be to involved to bother??

New Transmission, New Engine, lots of electronics and wiring... really unnecessary unless you are going for a max effort truck.

Went to test the truck, and took it up to 35mph cruising down the street to play with the tap shifter and one of the neighbors got pissed. :mad:

Need to head down to the dyno and test some more.

To test shifting the truck into 6th gear would require me to go 95mph. Just not realistic around here.

First gear can be taken to 65mph if I wanted.

65mph in 1st ??? how ??

i know your running 3.42's and first is 3.10: 1

not sure on tire size but with a stock heigh tire of approx 30" you'd have to be spinning like 7500 rpms

explain more please
