Whoa thats crazy. Merry Christmas right!? Sorry to hear. This is the reason why I alway carry my Kimber .45, well this and many other reasons. Thieves really dont understand that whatever they're stealing is putting a price tag on their life...which most of the time isnt much. :thumb: I think you did the right thing bro. How things would of most likely played out for me. I'm all good until that 0-100 in 2 seconds anger hits, then there is no stopping until what you are thinking becomes reality. Sorry again you had to deal with a piece of shit like that man.

Man Jeff, going that fast on those roads, surprised the chase lasted as long as it did. Please let us know when they get the guy. He must have been young and not weigh much to outrun you in that kind of ground. I sure hear you on the cops. Seems like they would rather bust someone for not wearing their seatbelt then actually do anything to follow up on something like this.
I almost got side swiped by a drunk and then followed him or 20 miles on the phone with 911 trying to get a cop to stop him. A couple of real close calls on head on's. Went completely through my home town hitting another car, almost running down some kids in a yard, and driving the wrong way on a one way street before he was stopped by the state police that had driven 20 miles from the other direction to answer the call. The county sheriff or city police never did show up. The guy was an illegal who had been busted and deported twice before for DUI. Had enough empty beer cans in the passenger's seat you couldn't get in it. The city cop showed up at my place later that day to get a statement about the car the guy side swiped and I read him the riot act before I told him anything. Idiots had a good 20 minutes to respond before we got to town and notta.
Jeff I'm glad your OK and I hope the insurance helps cover at least some of the damage. One of the bad things is another nice dmax bites the dust.

Sorry to hear, when my truck was broken into at Dustin's shop I ended up sleeping there with a gun next coupler of nights. Cops told me just to make sure I kill him and not to move the body. Hope you find the guy.
I completely agree i would just hate to see someone get there ass in hot water over some little punk ass bitch! I was just saying it is crazy how it seems like no matter what you do anymore right OR wrong you get sued over. I would have done the same thing you did buddy:thumb:
I like your cops!! When I lived in Hawaii, I was always afraid if I ever got in trouble with a local it would not end well for this Haloe boy. Don't think I have ever lived anywhere where there are more thiefs. That was back in the 60's before drugs were widely used too.
Hopefully the ID isn't just some other victim this dirt bag ripped off. Hope you get some justice.
