Wow!! I hope the LEO's do 'due diligence', but sadly, I no longer have much faith in that anymore.
For LSR, I have to put on window clips because the factory windows "fall out". I don't see any windows falling out.
Man, that is increible! Incredibly crappy. Maybe for extra security one could install a battery shut off like on big equipment or on semi trucks. Hid it somewhere that is easy to get to but hard to find if you do not know where it is.
How about a key lock DSP switch with a few tables at 0. Nothing like trying to steal a truck that only idles away. Even ecc33's truck could run it down then. :roflmao:
Sorry to hear this Jeff. Not to be against you here or anything but i will pray for you tonight that the police don't try and come back at you with some kind of charges for chasing him and endagering others lives or some shit. Its crazy how well these trucks hold up. I have seen pics of super duty fords that rolled just once and the cab was flat.
Don't count on the police to do anything. I had my truck broke into and stereo stolen along with several other vehicles down the road. They did nothing. I think with 5+ vehicles broke into you could find some sort of evidence. They didn't even try.

My wife just got on facebook and the truck owner put on facebook he was going through the wrecked truck and found a book bag with the thiefs ID in it!!!!!! Hopefully it wasn't a setup and its the right dude.
Exactly! It is dangerous and your taking a risk but I would have done the same thing. If you let SOB's like this just drive off and get away easily this would happen more and more. These people are coward ass thugs and wont try to steal from someone thats going to put up a fight. Jeff I guarantee you can leave any vehicle in your drive with it running and it will be fine now. Word travels quickly in the Thug comunity, they want it easy, if they didnt mind putting fourth effort they would just get a job and work like the rest of us.
Thats what i said when i sall the pictures! Any other swinging dick would have wrecked like that would have been dead, cut to pieces, by saftey glass etc. This guy got off way to easy. I know it sounds bad but if he would have lost a arm or leg he prob would think twice again!
