I’m sorry, but I’m giggling at “you people.” Mostly because I wish we referred to the Californians as such.

If you are not from Montana/Wyoming we call everyone on the planet "you people". Usually a good Winter runs them Cali folk away for a while so we do not have to waste ammo. We do not like anybody but we love you just where you are at so stay there.

The only thing I’ve heard from friends up north about the earthquake(s) in Challis, ID is that it was a 6.5 and they felt it or didn’t feel it. Did it have any affect on anything besides drinks were a bit more shaken?

Oh it pissed me off cuz I spilled my drink then banged my knee on my desk trying to get up to grab a firearm to run outside to see what the hell was going on ! Other than that it got our attention but that was about it.

I used to be one that said were getting out of control with the economy crap.
Then my uncle who is in good health got sick and has been on a ventilator for the last week. And it makes you start to think. Both my parents are in there late 60s good health but one has diabetes and the other has respiratory problems then there's my sister who has no immune system and my brother who only has like 60% lung capacity due to bad asthma. My family has been raised that you work hard for yuh our money and dont take free hand outs so all of them are still working.
When I look at the situation now and the increase of rates raising by the 100s a day in my area now. There's a good possibility I could lose most of my family within the next few months.
Shit gets real fast.

You can laugh at my posts all you want. Hell, I do. If we'd all just use some common sense and respect others during this whole odeal, we'd be so much farther ahead.

On a lighter note, my wife went to the store yesterday and found a pack of toilet paper on the shelf. :hehe:

Sorry it break it to you guys but...

The economic stop WILL NOT save lives from covid19. It will just lengthen out the time period in which people will get sick die from it and not over whelm healthcare systems for normal situations that can easily be treated. If your worried about getting covid19 you had better go get on a rocket to Mars bc every single person on this planet will have had it within 24 months...

Please don't refer "the Californians" as the people in the valley. We are just like you folk just surrounded by a bunch of hippies, liberals and homeless.

I just didn't want it to appear as being disrespectful, it was poor timing, I was struggling to rotate my pic lol.

As for the toilet paper on the shelf. Zombieland Rule #32 Enjoy the little things

Good chance I could lose both mine, both have/are fighting cancer.. and my mom is some 130-150lb over weight with all sorts of health issues..
surprising thing is.. they have similar outlook as I do.. both are grand parents 7 times now, all before they turned 60.
Dad has been working his dream job for better part of last 10-15 years.

They've kinda embraced parts of Tecumsehs speach

So live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about their religion; respect others in their view, and demand that they respect yours...

When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home.
