58* this afternoon, diving from then through tmrw night to a low somewhere around -5 to -10*. Windchill from -20 to -35*. FML that sucks!!!

-23 this morning, -50 wind chill or so, supposedly... Truck wouldn't run over 1700 rpm by the time I got to work. I bought "blended" fuel and put a bottle of Iso- Heat in it a couple days ago, last time I got fuel, ran fine last night going home at 11:30 from the shop, I plugged it in all night and ran it for 10 minutes before I left for work and it was 180 engine temp according to the guage before I left my driveway. I wish more fuel stations sold straight #1 instead of blended per weather that day...
Ya no crap can you believe it? Actually single digits tomorrow morning I believe wind chill well below zero. Incredible!
I usually dump in a half bottle of Stanadyne every fill up. The winter fuel up here gels at about -30C from what I've seen. With additive I've seen -50C without fuel issues anyway. I usually don't plug in until about -15C.
-11 last night. -18 for tonight. Apparently the vent on the chimney sleeve the HVAC guys installed this fall is not meant for this weather. It vents my water heater out the roof and now it is frozen shut. No hot water for us for a few days.
-17* last night, -12* high today, -15 tonight. Wind chill as low as -50*. BRUTAL! Truck's in the 45*-50* shop.

You don't get used to it, you just deal with it... I have Baffins boots rated to -80F, your feet will melt off in 30 seconds standing on a heated shop floor

Seriously though, the morning I snapped that picture I spent an entire month outside in that crap... I spent every morning putting the parachute back over the 994 because the wind was blowing 45-50mph. I had 16M grader cutting edges tied to it and it would blow them around

That must feel freakin arctic to you guys. I know 22* for us right now is a sunny pool day. We are still i single digits with negative wind chill. Lucky its not as bad as the midwest here.
Yeah this shit sucks! It got to about 26 down here Monday night. And yesterday it didn't even break 40 degrees according to my thermometer. Doesn't help that my stupid temp actuator in the truck is trying to die. Yesterday morning I was cuddling the steering wheel for the first 30 minutes of my commute before it finally decided to give me some heat.
