I'm going to take a step back, a huge as leap if you will.

When the motor was built and reassembled.....

Could a rag be stuck in the intercooler?
Are the bearings in the large turbo puked?
Is it possible you have a bunk cheetah?

Just little stupid things to think of... I'm sure there can be many more, but a lot can happen while a motor is out being worked on....

So Cal.
PPE wants to sell me a boost controller and a tuner box that are non returnable items on the thought that it "should" work based on what they heard and think, The reference they provided me point blank said it was no better than the mess I have with robs tuning. Then they said the truck "should" be able to be flashed with their software and then tuned with EFI on top of the PPE tune.

I would gladly buy them if they were returnable but they arent so in my eyes they arent confident in the product.

I never said the boost controller could not be returned, Only the tuner as the tunes can be copied......

I'm out.....:giveup::banghead:

Thanks for the heads up Tony!:thumb:

Good luck Matt.....

Thanks for the clown response PPE. I outright own about 3/4 million dollars in modified cars and you are as petty to think I am trying to steal your bullshit tunes?

You give me a "reference" that you claimed had the same issue and your box fixed it and when I called him it turned out you were FOS.

Think what you want..... I spoke to the "reference" (right after our phone call) and he confirmed that he did NOT test it exactly as I requested.

I'm not too interested in how much money you have or have spent on this truck or any of your cars. You keep throwing money in peoples faces and sometimes its NOT the way to get it taken care of (as you can see from many of the tuners you have been working with).

I never said YOU were going to steal anything. This is OUR policy on tuners becasue of the software that is available these days...

You asked for Help, I offered.

JMHO, take the stupid Cheetah off. you'll be happier with the truck running it's balls off without the problems caused by a piece of hardware.

Come on.. You're a more intelligent person than that.. At least you seemed to be while we were drinking beer gettting Nitrous bottles filled at the challenge.

If this is the truck I'm thinking of, the builder has called everyone in the country.. I talked to him and to me it sounded like (log showed it) was an IAT problem. If the IAT2 is damaged the truck won't fuel. Has anyone actually checked to see if that sensor isn't damaged?

I would think brayden or danville would be a good place to start with tuning since they have probably messed with more cheetah/ modded stock turbo trucks then anyone else.

We are doing everything we can for you Matt, like both Rob and I said on the phone yesterday. And it wasnt that we were "ignoring" your calls, I either answered or returned the call back within 15 minutes and when you asked for Rob to call he was on the phone in under 5 minutes.

and just like Tony said, you ask the truck to hit down low and it codes, you dont ask it to hit hard and it wont.

Rob has been able to figure out all the other LMM's that had this problem so far so im sure he will figure yours out.

Thanks
Dustin

I don't really want to get involved but my LMM was a miserable bitch to get it to run right and Rob tried his hardest but in the end I had to put it on the dyno at Danville and Mark finally got it to run right. I think the OP's truck needs to be on a dyno with the tuner present to figure this out, if it's even possible to figure out. Not saying this can be fixed but I know definatly a hands on approach will sure make it easier to diagnose. If all else fails have a stock turbo handy. No need to worry about money since it's just a drop in the bucket to the OP. :spit:

I think Mark should tune it.........should make at least 1000 RWHP on the dyno..........;)
