with everything being said both ways, next year will be a shoot out, buck, simon, trent, maxed out, camomax, to just start the list, with prob plenty more joining the competition for top max. I know my dyno numbers dont add up to my times on the track, there not suppose to, i always sprayed the balls off my truck on the dyno and very little on the track, i couldnt control the twins as they were much less adding a ton of spray. with that being said lets refer my truck as a 10.7 average at 135 on 1136 horse is about what it ran on fuel, at the end of the year i was able to reach 1236 on fuel but lost the motor before i could run it. every time i sprayed i just blew off the tires. Maxed out is no joke, and by no means am i saying im going to just show up and blow their doors off, that would be like saying your going to kid nap the president, but i will give them a run i promise them that, and they know im coming. they are staying on fuel and im packing the spray as usual, if rob puts up a 1000 dollars for charity i will put in 500 i cant quite match that but i will go half, it should be a good time and race, for all the people attending as well as our selves:)

Very well said!

Max'd Out has never been turned up all the way yet, period. There has been no reason to. It'll run 9.7's and still has est. 15-20% HP left on tap if needed, but have never needed it.

I don't put down fast times for ego's sake

I am not aguring with your statement but I find it kinda funny that you need to use 3 stock cp3s to keep rail pressure in check... But are not pushing it to the max! That is a boat load of fuel!!!!!!

I know your not using 3 cp3s now so if your cp3s are still stock I also find it hard to believe you have 20 percent more hp.

I have no bone to pick.... Just find it interesting.

I don't put down fast times for ego's sake, been doing this many years and have well over a 1000 1/4 mile passes behind a Dmax. I win races and that is my only priority, not pounding my chest.

This stuff is not cheap, takes using your head and not your pride, to get one to live for a year of competition.

Rob if i ever have a race truck i hope i could get you behind the wheel of it

Thats fine, believe what you'd like, doesn't bother me in the least. I never ran 3 CP3's, Nathan just mocked them up. Come to an event and maybe I have the extra HP, maybe I don't.

No need to get defensive:) but if you guys are running low on rail and need more than 2 stock cp3 isn't that "maxed out"? I geuss if you have wd cp3 i can see how you have more power on tap.... Sorry didn't know your cp3s where modded.

Who's getting defensive Simon? Surely not me, this is fun stuff.

New engine program in 2010 which is making more power with less fuel than before. Ran a 9.70 on stock pumps and old engine.

Now with new engine I'm running 9.7's on much less pulse, street tires, more weight and have 2 Wicked CP3 Mac Daddy's waiting for the call of duty.

As an innocent bystander ... I have only one thing to add: last season and the year before there seemed to not be so much friendly competition by way of public conversation. You are right LBZ, it should make for an interesting season next year ... AND throughout the off-season!

OSU has as many 10 second passes under his belt. More than everyone but a very few, don't let him fool you. That little red truck runs 10 second passes most weekends without any fan fair. I'm more worried about him at an event than anyone on this, or any other forum.

Let me clear that up, OSUBeaver in Super Street. To many good pro street trucks out there, mainly Trent, that it can be anyone's race at any time.

Rob maybe you need an addition to your pitcrew
Sounds awesome and you guys are all lucky to build/race trucks of this magnitude.

X2 he has the thing running pretty constant , not easy to do on trucks at that power! even from a driver stand point, and we both know consistency wins trophy's.

hopefully we can get lined up next year it would be a fun race , I wasnt ready for you guys this year may not be next either but it would still be fun , truck didn't get consistent until the end and still wasnt good enough to pull a trophy with a competitive field IMOP , kept fighting exhaust leaks and it was killing my spool up and 1/8 mile times if i was on the turbo's it would run with in .1-.2 every pass , if i wasn't i could be off 2 sec .

Been doing a little bird hunting and off the forum for a few days. I'm really hoping that Dmitri can get his single cab running and running well. What most of you don't understand is now difficult it is to dial one of these things in and every truck is unique. Max'd Out will be in it's third season in 2011. We have learned a ton. As Rob said the truck as never been ran all out. I'd love to see it happen on a good track with good air and traction. OSUbeaver has a very nice truck that will run mid to low 10's all day and he hasn't ever ran it all out either. White Out is just my daily driver that I will be picking up and driving back from Boise to Oregon this coming week. I'll turn the tune down and run 11's maybe even make it a 13 second bracket racer tol give old Jim Calhoun some heart burn.:thumb:
