"You are lying because the customer was taken care of and did not ask for a refund, if he had he would have recieved it. True the block had 13 hours on it. With over 35 engines sold and one complaint i'd say that they got what they paid for. You know what you should be doing is asking BOTH parties involved BEFORE you ASSume your normal position. I have never seen a honest mistake turn into such defamation as you and your cronies have made it."
Wade, I have held this back long enough so im going to let it out. Anybody who knows me, will tell you im a lay'd back guy, and don't let anything get to me. This has been one of the things I let get to me, but kept my cool over it. I purchased an LBZ from you because of the low hours that were supposed to be on these blocks. I made a point to ask if the block was runable and had no major problems. You told me that it had a small ding on the front main cap. I was cool with this, because I have had major dings repaired in the past, and you said it would hone out. One cap was not an issue with me. It first started out with shipping the block, it took forever, but it was around the holidays and I let it slide. When the block arrived at the shop it was missing ALL of the mains, ALL of the rod caps, timing cover was cracked, water pump had a hole in it, adapter plate was missing about a 6"x6" chunk, the CP3 was smashed, Balancer was badly damaged, and the rods, with no caps, scored the crank durring shipping. I was pissed, but being the person I am, I let you know what was wrong politley. I waited over a month to get a set of rods, that looked like they were sitting outside for the last year, along with two main caps. One of the rods (Picture in previous post) had a cap that did not match. I called back, and you swore up and down that the rods were a matching set, and you checked them out personally. About another month later I recieved (5) more caps making a total of seven, obviously not from the same engine! A week later I recieved a single rod. I called and asked about the block and you finally fessed up and said another motor had fallen on it. I also asked about the block's visual, and you said you had left it sitting outside, because you didn't have the room. I cut my looses with the other parts (CP3, timing cover, water pump, Bal, Adapt plate etc.), because I had enough of your BS, not because everything was taken care of.

Im sorry you look at your customers this way, as we don't see eye to eye on this. One complaint is enough, and I make sure ALL of my customers are happy whether I loose money or not. Yes, I have had a few take advantage of this, but the customer count grows faster when you gain trust. A customer that trusts you will tell his friends. A customer that get's burned, will tell the world! Knock Knock!!!

Wade, Pat spoke with myself then contacted you, so I think this was not an ASSumption!
One last thing, you should ask your rod mfg. how much HP/weight you could free up, if you left the rod caps out of the blueprints.
