Our best on a stock engine and diesel-only was either 11.77 @ 114 with the HTT turbo, or 12.00 @ 120.x mph with PPE GT4202r spinning the tires for the first 300'. The GT4202R with that setup ended up bending the rods, but not hurting the pistons, which were re-used. Stock injectors + PPE dual fuelers.
What do you think the HTT would run with a factory CP3? How about with a single ind inject pump?
