It doesn't look like you were too tight on room fitting both coolers up front and you have your piping done but to give you more room in the front you could have welded both coolers together. Looks good and your truck is very similar in build to mine!

Yeah, it's pretty tight. I had to trim the bottom of the plastic piece's for the head light mounts. I was real close to welding the cores together, but like the idea of them not touching and transferring heat to each other.

Looking for some ideas on the best way to wire my fans and pump's. Is it best to put a relay on each item and switch the + that energizes the relay? Or switch the - side? I'm not the greatest with wiring and would like some ideas or suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is what needs to be wired to a switch:

- Fuel pump.
- electric fan for radiator.
- electric fan for tranny cooler.
- water pump for A/W intercooler.

Thanks Zak

I am not 100% sure on this, maybe some can confirm or tell me I am crazy, but you may want to put your water pump for your A/W on a separate switch. Something about running the A/W while trying to spool the turbo makes it harder and easier snuff out. I saw that bit of info somewhere while do some research on putting A/W on my truck.

I do believe that to be true about the A/W pump! Each item will have its own relay and switch. Just wondering more if its ok to switch the negative side of the relay or is the proper way to switch the positive side.

I always switch the negative side of the relay. I'll draw a diagram to explain.. It keeps less wires running back and forth through the cab.
