How many run dual lift pumps? One on each cp3. And if so do you run a hose between the two for equaling the supply between both pumps so they sustain the same pressures in case one would supply more than the other.
Thanks Dave. Did they keep plenty supply pressure?
This was my thinking as wellTo be honest they worked great but I'd be more inclined to go with just one big pump as you just have one to worry about. I'm pretty new to this sport so I don't have much to compare it to though. I already had one pump so it was cheaper to just buy another small one then 1 big one.
I just pluggged my stock lift pump line and i was thinking of another feed line but thought i would not need it with dual fuelers. Are you guys having issuses with not enough fuel even with the dual fuelers and 1 lift pump? This was my thinking as well
Been running this way for more than 7 years with good success. However, mine are compounded with a bypass around the second pump which comes in around 30-32 psi of boost. They feed both cp3 pumps off the same fuel line.

Interesting, how much psi does it produce at wot?
I asked someone why we can put like a cavalier 60 psi pump in the tank as a lift pump and i was told 60 psi would be to much presure, guess they were wrong125+psi at the CP3s.

This is too much (but not enough GPH on the flip side). You only want lower pressure at idle and very low throttle. Mine starts kickin above 30 psi boost. Below that is at 10 or less psi of fuel pressure. I'm not recommending what I do either. Every one must find there own path to the light.
