You keeping the hood stack and adding a second one or going with a different setup? How's the motor coming along?

Keeping the hood stack just going to tee them together.Talked to Jonh from Stefco race engines and he sais its coming along well and should have it back by the end of the month.Have to start thinking about the mounting the 3 rd cp3 and the hp lines, there's another can of shit to open up:rolleyes:

Using 3 stock pumps,The price of modded pumps and reliability are why I chose them.Il have triple cp3's for less than the price of 1 modded one.Not even sure I will ever need a third but its a why not kind of thing.Only doing this once so might as well.

I guess with the fuel and air you're throwing at this you're hoping to get into 10s? Closest track is Cayuga I guess eh?

Its been a little bit since I updated but I have finished mocking the charge, hot ,exhaust and intercooling piping while waiting for the short block from the builder.I do have some questions about the heads,I have a set of ported heads with springs/retainers and push rods available to me.My question is I know springs are necessary but what about porting for a street truck? Curious about stock heads with socal or Hamilton springs/retainers for reliability.I know there are threads on porting but I am in unfamiliar territory with trip 475's.Thanks to all for the support and info.

Thanks Andrew.I did the fab work and powder coated it, use to work at a resto shop that did powder,well... I did the powder there so they had no prob letting me put some pieces through. The picts look nothing like the actual color but you get the gist.I am super pleased at how everything turned out.

Thanks guys,It has been a difficult project but will be worth it when complete. One of the hardest things about being a painter is choosing a color but I think I chose wisely.
