-S&B intake
-XDP.com sells EGR delete kits (there all the pretty much the same from company to company)
-Magna flow or flow pro exhaust
-PPE down pipe
-ATP trucks for your tuning

Don't use McFoo for tuning. He doesn't tune trucks 2010 and up. I also live local to him and I've had nothing but issues with his tunes. My truck and my buddies trucks lope and his looses prime. My truck had a rail pressure to high code and I can't get ahold of him at all to fix the issues. I've Hurd quite a few things of similarities from other people also.

Atp trucks don't do delete tuning for the lml last I heard so have to go with ppei or ridgerunner or motor ops .. Not quite as many options out for the lml model if you want delete tuning..

I have S and B intake. 5in Flo pro down pipe back, 3in mbrp down pipe, sdp egr delete, pcv re route, moonshine tunes, air dog 165 4g lift pump, and I havnt seen 20mpg yet. I average 16.5-17. highway is around 18.5-19.2. best I've seen. which I'm completely happy with, but I don't see how anything over 21mpg is possible.

There is no way period to get 28 unless had cruise set at 30 for entire tank, sorry but you made a mistake.....

TX of course
I wouldn't say period, but unless you have serious mods to make a truck more aerodynamic you ain't getting a legitimate 28mpg. I hit 25mpg once.

I get 22 at 60 on 35's. Hand calculated. Around town no mater how I drive 12.7 to 13.6. I'd be pissed if I got 16 highway, even at 75 mine gets 18...

Just think though if you could get 28 you could roll a thousand miles without getting fuel, now that would be awesome
