It probably will be fine, you have stock injectors don't you? It can hold 26,000 just fine if its a good working pump, thats why everybody puts a lbz regulator on there old pumps.

Nick how high did you rev your motor? I had one do the same thing, stock pump, and I was told to the person who built my new pump that I over spun it. Shifting at 4200rpm.
Is that what is killing these things? Not the fact that they are strokers?

I ran mine to 4500rpm for awhile... Shane said that my pump had a ceramic check ball in it... Bosch had a recall and now uses SS check balls? so im not exactly sure what the issue is.

to get the lower left CP3 bolt that coolant line is in the way... I guess I have to pull the alternator right?

So is the bet still to just get the cp3 swapped or do you have to fix your turbo too?

Youve got some shitty luck!

I think I pulled the alternator front bracket off the first cp3. But I don't think I did the second time. If you pull the rubber hose off, and loosen the hard coolant line up and you can wiggle around that line iirc

No. Loosen the bolt all the way with a swivel. Then just leave it there. The coolant line will keep it from falling out and getting lost under your truck.
