I had the same thoughts. My floor it pump holds great rail pressure with alott of fuel

So much hate... Lol that pump was 3 years old with pressure spikes at 28,000psi... I'm actually throwing my original LLY pump back on that was upgraded by II to an 85% pump LOL

I don't think spikes like that hurt cp3s. But I don't really know. But I will say for aslong as I'd had the truck I get spikes of more than efilive can read (29,007+) when I let off the go pedal WFO

lol as long as your injectors are not some retaredly oversize fuel dumpers, running both those pumps should hold it all day long.
