People have different opinions I guess. A variable twin setup made over 1000 hp and ran in 9s this week, so it's proven they work!
It wasn't dmax...try that with a full body duramax:thumb: good thing about any other Turbo besides vvt you can always upgrade ,ya intial cost is few hundred bucks more but IMHO well worth it:thumb: I wish I would of done this a long time ago
Ok, whatever you say!!
Anyone with this turbo post up your opinion and info on the charger? Looking for a fun single charger on a DD truck. I have a stock 2005 duramax plan to add 45% nozzles or 60% nozzles. Truck will get a Y bridge, intercooler pipe, downpipe, and drivers side manifold. If I get that charger, Is this a good choice? My other idea is Trents Premium s371 kit...
My goal is 600-650hp and I want it to light fast... I don't mind smoke but I don't want to smoke like a train all the time.
Truck will tow no more than 8k lbs, it is my DD, I run it at the track some and want to get into some sled pulling.
Thanks, Dylan
Man...some of you guys are just flat-out insane. You toss around 600-650hp like its "normal" for stock motors. It isnt.
Sure isn't lmfao
I forgot to stay on topic....Id run an S371 from Trent if it ever came down to it.
How the heck does Danville continue getting all this free publicity here but they've never done the right thing and signed up to be a S/V? You cant tell me they cant afford it.
