Cranks for 2 seconds and quits

If I can't get it running today or tomorrow I'm gonna give up and sell it.let it become someone else's nightmare again.
I had it running with the old motor.i had the new motor running for a couple days,wasn't right but it ran.it ran the day I pulled it back to swap injectors and reluctor.put it back in and it won't do anything but laugh at me.ill be the one laughing when it's sitting in someone else's yard or in a pile of molten metal.
I'll cut it in half and put the bed on the old 2000 6500 with a cat in it.i still don't know why we gave up a perfectly good cat powered truck for this nightmare.

It's something so simple none of us can see it. Take a few days off from it.We bought a used ecm for 250.00 this morning.same thing.

That's what I keep saying.its gonna be something so stupid and obvious.
I've backed off it a couple days now.but we need the truck.moving cars and stuff with a car trailer is for the birds.
I used the cover that goes with it.
Everything I've read on going from lly to lbz says to change reluctor or take a tooth off it.
Is the coolant tank filled up? Pretty sure the 4500/5500 trucks won't start if the coolant tank sensor is reading low or unplugged.
Yup.i don't know what voltages it's supposed to show but it seems as though the sensors are working
Just put support on it and plugged the harness in.filled tank with water.no change
Are you able to communicate with all the modules? Bcm, ecm, tcm? Isn’t there a resistor somewhere between the radio on the data line? I wonder if it’s a communication issue. What about the glow plug control module? Sorry if I’m being annoying just trying to throw out ideas.
I can communicate with ecm and tcm. No communication with BCM or door modules.
I'm not sure this truck has a BCM or the door modules being a 5500 series.or at least I haven't found the BCM yet.
I'll take any suggestions anybody throws at me at thus point.
