I bet it has something to do with that relector you put in it
Have you checked to make sure the crank and cam sensors are sending signal? I’m not familiar with the terminology but can’t you hook onto the wires and see the pulses it’s sending?
Is the coolant tank filled up? Pretty sure the 4500/5500 trucks won't start if the coolant tank sensor is reading low or unplugged.
Which side of the wheel did you take the tooth off of?
Are you able to communicate with all the modules? Bcm, ecm, tcm? Isn’t there a resistor somewhere between the radio on the data line? I wonder if it’s a communication issue. What about the glow plug control module? Sorry if I’m being annoying just trying to throw out ideas.
