That is kind of how we ended up with a 2002 Z06 instead of a 2002 Camaro.

I special ordered what was to be one of the last 1LE road-race Camaros in history. It was a very trick build. We had been tracking the build, and it got built ~ last month of production. Somehow it "vanished" between Michigan and California.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Seems like more and more guys are getting screwed recently. I had the same thing happen to me. Had a verbal contract that I would buy the truck and was driving down to pick it up...called to confirm time and place to meet and the guy sold it out from under me 30 mins. prior. Very few good people still around.

I am not suprised by this at all.

I have had work done by kyle and have had nothing but trouble with it starting about .5 mile out of his garage.

just think if you did get it and the parts that he said were in the truck really were not there. (not saying he lies) hmm.

I hope you get your deposit back.

Your right, I would have been alot more pissed if I bought the truck and the motor was pooched. You never really know buying something like that.

you can check with your lawyer to try and get some settlement but DO NOT ask for the truck. it really is not that nice in person, atleast when I was there

man that sucks, I had my tranny built there. I prob sent about 5 other people to them and we all have had good luck with his tranny's. I know Ed's brother had some bad experiences with kyle. His business skills are definately lacking! IMHO truck needed a rockwell rearend, and ditch the alli and install a reverser. Like posted above you aren't out much. Good runner but could be done different ways.

Same here. Midway Chevrolet in Phnx. 2008 EC/LB duramax 4x4 for 29k, they sold it the day I left to go down and pick it up. That got some nasty reviews and a few nasty emails. Ethics to some people are optional...... its bs.

Sorry to hear you got done like this Dave, but everything happens for a reason. Luck with your next venture.

Not surprised. Too many BS stories bout his shop. Does he still do much work? I fig he just pretty much went back to farming or whatever he did.
