Good news on the twins Dave!
I'm pretty excited. Nathan says they should be good for 1175 hp on paper so hopefully 1000hp will be attainable.
That lmm is gonna look so good goin down the track!

Thanks I can't wait to drive a something with that much power hopefully everything hangs together. My trucks name is "Under Warranty" The crowd gets a pretty good laugh out of it when I come on the track. You have good taste in trucks also.:thumb:

I'd like to go for fun but I'll get killed. I'm going to pull promod here but are caliber of trucks is very low compared to most of the US. Except building the motor and trans I've done the rest of the stuff to my truck and learned alot along the way thanks to alot of people from here. Building your own truck ensures you know exactly what your getting plus you get so much satisifaction from it that it's worth the extra money. Just thought Climax for the money was hard to beat and I didn't have to cut up a truck with 12k on it. LOL

Sorry Dave that is a bummer. Makes you wonder how someone like that has been in business for more than a few days.

You never received a response from him over there where he sold it I assume you started a thread?

I'm not going looking unless you have a direct link. Takes to long to ween through the tampon adds.

He did call me to say sorry again. I think he did feel bad. I don't think he realized I was on the internet because I dealt with him over the phone. http://www.competitiondiesel.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1374693&posted=1#post1374693

Just curious why someone would be sitting in a truck that is on fire? One I would get the f out. Two I would be trying to put the damn thing out.

PS -

If your truck is primarily a racing truck with an aftermarket turbo, remove the hood liner, the firewall liner, plastic fender liners, and leave on all the heat shields you can. You might even want to protect your fusebox. This is to resist fires and minimize damage should a fire occur.
