So it's a failure from previous work? Steel ball bearing that's not foreign to the engine, stock truck, on top of the piston? Hmmmm

Yes the last guy dropped ball bearing down in to cold side of the intercooler while taking the fan cage out due to idler pulley coming apart. And that's where the ball bearing where from

A friend of mine had a spare key in the air box of his jeep. Jeep seized up one day. Air filter fell off mudding and key got sucked in. There was brass everywhere.
