Just so everyone can sleep tonight there are no ball bearings in a egr valve. And no it wasn't from a aftermarket turbo. Truck is 100% stock.

Yes it's a steal ball bearing and it belongs to the truck. It's like playing clue for big kids who love trucks and wrenches. Lol

Idler/tension pulley bearing. Some reason intake was off and dropped into passanger side intercooler duct.

Shootin' in the dark haha

Idler pulley exploded, sent some balls through the passenger side intake tube, got sucked into the engine?

That's the only thing I can think of short of "air filter removed, ball bearings added".
