You are the Douchebag on Facebook. You came here to brag. Not discuss. You are the one with a Facebook profile that says, and I qoute "I'm fu**ing brad, what else do you need to know".

People like you have given all of us in the diesel community a bad rap. You give zero input. You help no one. You have absolutely no knowledge of how to further the sport or improve anything. You simply convince people to pay you to do something that you know almost nothing about. Enjoy it while it lasts because reputations catch up to people like yourself.

I really don't get what the discussion is. Is the track at really high elevation? If it's not then the trucks are slow as ****.

Byron is an hour and a half from me. It's right on the rock river, and 1000' if that for elevation.

I never had a problem there, I figured my regular cab was on par for times, low 12s with s475 over stock.

That sounds about right on with what I’ve seen down there, probably seen yours actually. But I mean according to what they say stock trucks should be running, you should be in the 11s..

Bryon has been one of the best tracks I've been to over the years as Brett and myself have set many personal bests there. Here is the major problem with your argument, drag racing is awesome because it is math and math never lies. This is how I explain it to my customers and it will make it easier to understand for you. When drag racing your mph tells you what it should have ran and your et tells you how good of a job you did driving it. If the truck is healthy and making consistant power then you can make 10 passes and the mph on all of the runs will say within a mph or two but your et can be all over the board. Example, I went to Maryland in the spring and made 12 passes and the mph stayed consistently 137-140mph but my et ranged from my best of 10.2-11.4 because of traction and other issues I was having with the truck and my poor setup. MPH never lies and if I had my truck setup correctly then I should have been closer to the 9.7-9.8 range. Your low mph means your not making the power you think you are. 2 Years ago I went to Byron with a stock junkyard LMM motor with my 68Stg2R and a big pump and sticks and ran [email protected]. Best pass of the day was the first one and as the day went on the traction out of the whole was going away and my last pass of the day I ran my slowest time but highest mph of 120. Last year I went with a triple setup and built motor with same fuel setup and went 10.48@139mph.

And you definitely know the track is good when Brett leaves the line with the front end hanging in the air every time!

But, but, my tuning and especially my trans tuning and trans build were spot on. How can this be?

The one truck for sure will have the exact same setup next year, might try out some tuning from not around here and see what we can get. And I see exactly what you’re saying Mark....I took my truck 2 years ago and ran 13.7-13.9 in 2wd but my speed was always in the 101-102mph range.

And especially the tuning we have on the 68mm 4094 truck...it would NOT stay on top at all, could feel it fall a little bit every shift.

I’m also getting multiple stories everywhere. Locals are saying the times are really good, and obviously on here with you guys spread out across the country are saying they are really slow.

Trust me, no one that knows anything about these trucks is saying your times are good. They are not even decent.

If these were your own trucks, we would be saying good job man, better luck next time. And trying to give you pointers so you can actually outrun grandmas Prius next time. But you keep talking about customers trucks, which means your actually selling this garbage to people. Did I mention it was GARBAGE? I want to be very clear about the fact these times with the mod list you provided is absolutely pathetic. And you had not one, but 3 (paying customers) trucks all coming up way short. So besides being consistent, you have nothing to be proud of here.

You have a very well known, very well respected name in the Duramax performance industry (Mark Broviak) saying this track is no issue to run a good time on, and yet you still try to defend yourself and use the track as an excuse.

Your not here to help. Your not here to learn. Your simply here to pimp yourself and your business out. Well sorry but this isn't fagbook and we don't click "like" on everything like a bunch of little girls. Put up or shut up.

What's that have to do with track times being accurate? Or are you talking about stock trucks being faster then your modded ones? :baby:

Man I wish there was one of those cute little "Like :thumb: Buttons" for this post! :roflmao:
