My moneys on water in the fuel system and all injectors are hung open I guess you will find out tomorrow when they are tested, hopefully not, hope you get this resolved
Tank was dropped prior to install when the last engine failed. So water was not an issue. This was my first thought. But southern diesel took the necessary precautions before installing the supposed good engine

To this day i have not received a title he said i can go to the dmv and apply for one. Anyway state police have already be notified i have his license number and if nothing gets resolved in the time allotted by the state police he will be paying the price. It in writing with a contract but just received a pm from him so lets see if he follows through.
Also my case of getting this title for the truck is from back in september if i was not 7000 miles away in a war zone you bet your ass i will be at your door. I'm the one that talked to his mom! I finally got a tracking # that my lb7 ecm is supposed to show up today. I payed him for it on 12/17/12!!! Maybe it will show up as an lbz ecm! I only got a response from him after I filed a claim with paypals and talked his mom.
