I think the charge would be theft by deception , and at the amount y'all are speaking of , it wouldn't be taken lightly .
Generally if its online.....go see your attorney generals office in your area....its over state lines and it automatically becomes a federal offense.

If boostlee is the same person as Dmaxxrus he almost got me for $1000 for LBZ injectors on dmax forum. He claimed they shipped to me and were then lost in the mail, but he never ever provided a tracking number for me to confirm this.
EDIT: I just checked my paypal and confirmed they are the same person
It was very shady the entire time. I will admit he did refund my money in full, however it took constant hounding by me via PM to get it from him.
