I'll be driving mine all the time. Gonna keep it under 500 rwhp on the street however. I think DDing with 600+ is what did my motor in. Rolling burnouts were too much fun!

I never go over 1/2 throttle on the street I would imagine that is the reason my engine has lasted so long.

I definitely wasnt easy on mine. It saw WOT at least once a day.

The only difference between my street tune and race tune was 5º of timing and 200µs. I'd say it was real close to 600rwhp on a daily basis. I drove the piss out of it after the turbo and nozzles. Put roughly 8k on it in less than 6 months. Drove it to & raced at TS, Buckeye Blast & Numidia plus about 25-30 passes at the local track.

I run a 700hp tune all day everyday... I don't see the need for DSP-5 switches or tow tunes.

I counted up my time slips and there was 143!
It had a hard life, that's for sure. I was a freak about maintenance so thats prob why it lasted almost 3 years with a built trans & tuning. I DD for 2 years at 450 with the stock charger.

I'm starting more and more to believe this.

I towed my truck from IL to PA for numidia in a stock turbo/built trans max effort tune only....Did perfectly fine. Hit 1250 degrees EGT once and for a split second.

Mine drives just fine....just gotta be careful getting on it in wet weather.

most of my daily driving is under 2000 rpms, so trying to spool this things either leads to....rolling coal for half a mile, or hitting the downshift, blowing a giant cloud of smoke then shooting off un-neccessarly fast. my small tunes dont blow any smoke and still spool really well. anything over 10psi is a loss of traction in the rain
