From what I've found there vin specific stuff additional to VATs which I disabled with EFI live

IDK, just what I've found or been told..

Hopefully nothing else majorly is wrong, leaning pretty hard on picking up that BCM from Garrett. Rather be out 200.00 vs ~1000.00 with the dealer.

IDK if the clock spring is bad or not given all the stuff going through the BCM that doesn't work
