I have a bd inter cooler and had an sdp egr delete, and the two did not work together, i had big twin diesel fab the tube to accept a straight silicone boot/hose for the new connection, the stock hot side tube and boot fit perfect, i only run about 40 psi right now and never had an issue blowin boots, but the boot that bd sent out with the intercooler for the return end(not to bash) was less than impressive, and as i said did not come close to working with The sdp cold pipe, I like it now though it cost me for the custom work.
As for the intercooler, i dont notice any pressure drop, spools the same and egt's are nice and cool, on my level five efi tune i see appx 200° drop from stock potential, un-loaded while under boost, i have yet to tow with it.
The fit was flawless, and i really like how bd thought to contour the cooler to match the bend/shape of the nose of the truck, really trick if you ask me. I did have to remove the risers that hold up the a/c heat exchanger and braise on a mount to the support for the hood latch bracket, if y'all follow what im sayin, to support the heat exchanger. I did this cuz there was a slight amount of contact between the riser and bd cac, bending it away from the cac lent it to break so that was my solution.
All and all im very happy with it!
