thats a new on one me. any chance you have a link? thats awesome

What's it matter? Those sizes are too big and you won't spring for a columbus turbo anyways ;)

Just put a billet wheel 480 race cover clipped to 2.8 and be done. Your class is more about chassis set up than it is brute power. Find an extra 100 horse than you had last year and you'll have a truck that's in the hunt for the win every week

just becuase that is a bigger turbo doesnt mean the tech side cant be made smaller. if i spend x on turbo above and joe blow around the corner can get me x more hp for 500 more. thats were i am with turbos.

i dont think i will have to worry about peak hp with a s400 either

The billet wheel looks alot lighter to me:confused: I would save your money and buy a killerbee lly overheat kit.

I'll have mine in a week or so, I wont have ran a billet s472, but I'll be able to report back on the batmo.

Wouldnt waste the money doing it to a stocker tho.

if you want to use my dyno stand to do some turbo testing with your motor you're more then welcome to. we kept the stock truck side bale connectors so it will plug right up to any engine harness. or hell maybe u can just use my holset after i blow my motor up next week, haha

Hey Jake,

where do you usually go to run on the engine dyno? Pretty sweet offer of letting him use your engine stand. I would be nice to see his motor on a dyno to see which turbo will work best.

Just need to get someone to donate a couple of chargers for some dyno time now

Sub. Pretty curious about this also.

Mackyoudip(I think his name) has one and seems to really love it but it's the BMW stock lmm

Yea but he didn't a bunch of other stuff at the same time so its not a fair comparison. I will say they sound really cool, we had a BMW stock turbo Lb7 in the shop last week that sounded good.

and a drop in batmo for a stock charger isn't fair to go off of either because anything lighter than a cast wheel will be better..billet wheel for a stock turbo could be good or even better than the batmo wheel..we may never know..

We will know soon enough! Somebody will throw some money into it and test them, then we will see if it's really worth it or not

There have been more than a few people who have ran all three , and shops that have dyno'd back to back ( not me on the dyno part but i have tested all 3 ) but most save that info for the people that call them to buy a turbo , its expensive to do testing and the last thing you want is to do all the testing and loose the sale to another company that never tested any of them but is 5% cheaper . :poop:
