Pat you are a much better man than I, as you said in another thread you must be bomb proof to be a mod., I guess that you are.

I still don't get it, people are going to have disagreements and arguments but why kick off your best tech people.

OK...you'r removal from CompD was by my hand as you well know....and since you want to get into it ....again....I went and found the post you made that brought it on and my response.
ANYONE that posted something like this would be shown the door.

And my response to you:

THANKS! That was some of my best work, but I don't have a copy of it on the wall. Too bad it doesn't show the deleted posts by TS Performance and TTS that were worse, even including threats of violence by TS.

Lots of the posts on that site have been worse than that, but if they are aimed at Hogue, Banks, or others and the poster is an "approved" shop, they get deleted.

They left that one there as something they could point to instead of outlaying the real reasons. TS and TTS had enough of me.

Hey, take a poll there by the Dmax members and see if they want McRat reinstated. :D

Yup, anyone who is passionate about their trucks is going to have strong opinions. I'm never going to take action against someone because they disagree with me. Ditto for the mods here.

The post that That Guy quoted was made after I put up with alot of insults and grief from CompD staff, TS Performance, and TTS about putting in rollbars at 13.99 and full cages at 11.99 even though there was no evidence there was a problem with our trucks at the track.

I was stunned that supposed "diesel guys" were trying to stop folk with 12 second trucks from racing without tearing up their trucks first. Sure, if there was a problem, fix it. But there wasn't.

I don't blame you a bit for being pissed. Yeah that whole cage thing is kind of crazy.

What's truly comedy is that the NHRA loosened req's for our trucks instead! :cool2:

They have a good safety record, and the NHRA decision reinforced that even after some folk petitioned for tighter req's.

The NHRA seems to be more on our side than some diesel shops are.

I went and looked...that is in fact NOT the message you got when you were banned.:hello:

If "double standards" means banning someone who repeatedly attacks a Moderator untill said Mod gets fed up and hits the button....then so be it.

I would have done the same thing. I have better things to do than fight with a member who doesn't wat to be there anyway.

No it was not that excact same message, i just looked, it says something about "i prefer cialis douchebag, have a nice life, look forward to seeing you at an event" and no double standards means BEING ATTACKED by a moderater, then when i attack back, he bands me, face it buddy your wrong, and your moderator was wrong to attack me for something that didnt even happen on that site, then when i attacked back, he did what any spineless, typical, 14 year old in a 40 year old body who can dish shit out but cant take it would do, banned me.... LAME.

This board is the same age as CompD. No moderator here has ever had to use banning as a form of moderation. There are boards with over 30k members who don't ban members either.

Just a different mindset. A website is it's content and members. Content is derived from the members. So banning members is like shooting one of your cows when it kicks you while you're milking.

You folk just need to milk it better. :D

Funny thing it it wasnt even moderation the way he banned me, i said something over on the dp, about some guys making fun of someone, which i was kind of joking around anyways, and then when i got on comp d, i had a private message from DAPILOT attacking me and saying some nonsense about how his first vehicle was probably better than anything ive ever owned (Real Mature by the way and you can tell him a 25 year old is over here talking about how immature he is, please tell him). So then when i RESPONDED to HIS private message, he didnt like it much, cause when he dished it out, i dished it out better, which made him angry, so he banned me.:baby:

Face it, the only real reason i got banned from there is cause my sig said Mcrat Racing, Team salad, so i didnt stand a chance, its bullshit, but id rather not even be a member if thats how immature moderators act over there.:D

But what started the whole thing is the staff bagged on a 13 year old enthusiast who is part of my pit crew at the races. That I stood up for my friends is pretty much an alien concept there.

This is what i got banned for, except i was sticking up for dieselson on the dieselplace, then got a private message on comp d about it, funny how that works.

I was told that you have a thread there that says 10lb/min from a turbo is good for 10HP.

Could you step in there and post that it's about 1lb/minute for 8 HP?

then i said the dmax can do ~500-570 on 40-45lb of air

I've warned you folk many times:

Wearing a McRat logo is like having a Family First sticker on your truck driving through San Francisco. :D

I just got a McRat Racing shirt the other day. So, If I'm walking through wal-mart here in TN, should I worry about getting jumped? :D

On a side note, one of my shirts got stolen last year on a vacation to florida, i went out walking on the beach at like 2 in the morning and hung the shirt up on a chair, when i came back to get it it was gone. I was pissed, it was my grey one too which was my favorite.

I dunno if a ROT is good enough to debate over.....i mean, there have been S366's and S465's make around 650 and that's at 40-45PSI manifold PSI with approx. 60-65 lbs/min of flow pre-charger (only a guess since i don't know if my gauge is pegging at 62lbs/min?? and i have a S64x)

Yes, our MAF's even bottom out with the stock charger.

But those guys are off a factor of 10:1. An S366 will push about 80lb/min when pushing 675hp on our trucks.

I'm thinking 60lb of air to get 500rwhp, or 100lb to get 750hp, but yeah, 10lb per 10hp would take 1000lb of air to get 1000hp. I think the turbo would block your ability to see out of the windshield.

iirc a IHI stocker is over speeding close to ~50lbmin and we know the avcg lb7 will do 500 with a good tunner.

1,000lb of air @ 10hp:10lb is 10,000hp;)

i feel and belive the 1:1.1-1.3 lb:hp is common on a properly setup dmax

45lbmin @ 1.2 ratio is ~540hp i have no problem debating conservatively eihter;)
