Heres the half C design I was mentioning earlier that will make installation much easier.

And how it would be assembled, note the gap between the Cs so that every last drip of fuel can fall into the bowl.

We decided to not do a seperate drain plug on the bottom of the sump, as the design of the fitting inlet is such that its actually below the level where the drain would be :D

Any draining, sampling etc you can just remove the line from your fitting.

I will be receiving a batch of 20 this evening so tomorrow I will make a formal new posting with pricing, ordering info, etc.

how are you going to get the bolts started into the C parts without holding it from inside the tank? Wouldn't it move out of the way or shift if you stuck a bolt up in there?
