How close is it? Is it "just barely"? IE, if you got creative with a grinder on the calipers, do you think would 17's fit?

The stock 17's were tapered I'm not sure if all 17's are like that. I have some H2's I can try. If it wasn't tapered I think a little grinding on the caliper would have them fitting.

Old thread I know, but is the bracket from the 4500 rear the one that will work in this application?
What part number bracket is that?
A rotor that looks very similar to the one from SSBC is the front C3500 from 1993, which is:
Bolt Hole Circle Diameter - Inches 6.5
Part Thickness - Inches 1.535
Outside Diameter - Inches 14.255
Center Hole Diameter : 5.13"
Height : 3.21"

compared to stock:
Bolt Circle Diameter : 6.5"
Part Thickness - Inches 1.54"
Brake Rotor Diameter : 12.79"
Center Hole Diameter : 4.65"
Height : 3.51"

Center hole is a bit bigger, might need a centering ring and perhaps a spacer
of 0.3" (7.5mm) to get the caliper aligned.

Will those 14.25" rotors work with 18" wheels . I know the question was asked if they would clear with 17" wheels and I believe they would not . The recommended wheel is 20" but in my case I have 18" and I was considering the upgrade .

I'm pretty sure they would. NBS 17's almost cleared. I don't have any 18" rims to try on it though.

If you ever got the chance to try the H2 rims, I'd be interested, as that is what I run.

I suspect it won't fit, though, as they don't seem to have much clearance to the stock size brakes.
