    I spoke with Mikes wife today and she informed me Mike did not want any type of services so she is respecting his decision not to. She also said if anything changes she will let me know.

    That’s so awesome. The Allison doing it wasn’t ever in question it’s not hard these days with parts available and all the info out there. What’s impressive is how far the tuning has come for the engines to taking the abuse these guys are dishing out down the track to run these numbers over and over.

    I'm going to have to retire.

    The building we were in was a total loss and the building we moved into is in rough shape. Se worked with 80’ of the wall missing up until 2 weeks ago lol. It is what is just have to keep forward momentum.

    We all know Mike loves this stuff too much to ever fully retire. It’s a privilege to be able to help him take the time he needs and to keep something he worked so hard for alive and with continued growth.

    As Mike said if any sort of warranty issue may arise they will be covered as they would of been with Mike at helm and any new builds will take on Elevated’s liftetime for original purchaser warranty.

    It has nothing to with tuning ECM or TCm. A few years ago Defeo had run of planets and hubs that were sent off to be hardened and the company doing so didn’t actually harden. It’s a shitty situation them they’ve made good on them all and I’ve yet to issues out of the revisions.

    Very often there is no code present with converter slippage. It’s very simple to diagnose though. Just watch converter slip when lock up is commanded with a scanner and see if it’s indeed the culprit. You’ll want it to be just about zero if it’s doing what it should be.
