My camper is at 13'3" tall sitting level so I don't really have the option to be any higher than stock. I'm actually wanting to take the rear down with the Shulastic shackles too. Thanks for the suggestions.
Looking to see if anyone has the stock cross member and spindles for an 06. I have exhausted all options and I need to take my lift off to haul our 5th wheel. Lift will go for sale once removed. 6" Fabtech with RS9000 shocks and 35" Toyo RT's.
Thanks - Chris
Thanks durallymax - I cleaned the MAF after work yesterday and cleared all DTCs. Drove truck and no problems.
No O2 Sensor - Typo on my part, it's P0671 (Glow Plug #1).
This morning I have both codes showing up again.
From an older post I was/am having transmission shifting problems on...
Dtc p0116 & p0671
Replaced battery on Friday and codes appeared on Saturday morning on a cold start. I cleared with V2 and they both returned. Bought a new ECT Sensor and replaced last night, cleared codes and then drove around for 10-12 miles with no issues. Truck was fine on the way to...
Resurrecting - Maybe this will shed some light on the transmission problem?? My fuel filter % is lasting all of 10-12 miles. Changed twice and I fill up a station that goes through diesel quickly. Saturday morning I get up to a CEL with a code of P0116 and P0671. From what I am reading the...
Feel like a dummy. The exhaust bracket that is located on top of the trans cross member had apparently vibrated enough that the nut had fallen off. That caused the bracket to drop down and hit the cross member. Sound was transferring through the trans. Problem solved with a nut and a pry bar.
Sound only occurs while driving or right as the truck shuts down there is a clunk sound at the trans. Move the video up to around 1:14 and the sound is really pronounced. I was at approximately 20mph at the time. TransGo Jr installed 7-8k miles ago and no other transmission work to the truck...
Also, if i go back to stock i need to weld the ear back onto the frame. I am assuming that i can make my own with a channel and two angles to fab the mount for the diff.
Looking for some advice on which direction to go. I would really like to get my truck back down to stock height for ease of use. I currently have a Fabtech 6" wide track lift that was already installed when i purchased the truck. I took the bolts all the way down on the keys and I have nearly...
